Strength & Conditioning
This class educates and trains athletes in the area of strength and conditioning. Activities including strength training, agility, and speed development will prepare them for their upcoming season and maintain their strength for peak performance during their in-season sport. Students also learn about basic anatomy and nutrition. This course may substitute for the Lifetime Fitness graduation requirement. PLAYERS WHO DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN SUMMER TRAINING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THIS COURSE UNLESS ACCEPTED INTO DCA IN AUGUST.
