Tuition & Fees

The Early Learning Program is a 12 month program; you will be billed in 12 equal, monthly bills via an Invoice Plan in FACTS.

**Please note: Billing for June and July will not be available until the FACTS Financial Term is made available by FACTS for the 2026-27 school year.

A $75 application fee is due at the time of submission. A $75 non-refundable enrollment fee is required for all new and re-enrolling students.  Enrollment will not be complete until all items are received.

With the 12 month billing structure, care during the summer months is not an optional enrollment. If you opt out of care during the summer months (June and July), you will still be required to pay the monthly tuition to hold your child's spot for the coming school year.

Donelson Christian Academy tuition includes books and curriculum materials in all grades and an iPad for each student in grades 6-12. The tuition varies by grade and payment plan chosen. For kindergarten through 12th grade students, the online enrollment process, including a non-refundable tuition deposit ($225 per student to be applied to tuition), must be complete within one week of notification of acceptance. Registration will not be complete until all items are received.

Students of DCA graduates receive an ongoing (yearly) $500 per child tuition discount  for students in grades K-12.

DCA is offering students of DCA graduates a one-time $1500 tuition discount for each new K-12 student.  For further questions and specific details contact:

Extracurricular activities may have costs associated with them. These costs are communicated by the faculty sponsor to the parents. Please understand your financial obligation prior to your child’s participation. 

Uniforms are not included in tuition and are purchased through Max & Alice School Uniforms at 3205 Powell Ave., Nashville, TN 37204 or online at https://maxandaliceuniforms.com. Every student must purchase the required uniform items from Max & Alice. Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten students are only required to wear uniform shirts.
