Typical Upper School Field Trips and Events throughout the School Year

• 6th-8th Grades: Middle School Retreat 

• 6th Grade: Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) and/or The Children's Theatre, Country Music Hall of Fame including a program with actual Music Row songwriters, Read-in Days

• 7th Grade:  Study the TVA at the Caney River and then Canoe the Caney, a Day in Court, Read-in Days

• 8th Grade: Chattanooga Challenger Center, Battle of Franklin 

• 9th Grade: Winterim: Trip to Washington, DC

• 10th Grade: Winterim: Service projects in Nashville, local College Visit

• 11th Grade: Junior Challenge Day : Team-building in anticipation of being senior leaders next year and Twenties Day: role-play a famous person from the 1920's and spend a day doing 20's-era activities as part of our study of The Great Gatsby, Winterim: Job Shadowing/Career Exploration

• 12th Grade: Senior Lunch Days off-campus, Senior Service, Senior Trip during Winterim: Typically Orlando
