Summer workouts for high school football athletes will begin on May 27. Workouts for all other athletes will begin on June 1. All student-athletes in grades 9 - 12 must participate in the summer strength and conditioning program. Failure to do so will limit their participation to junior varsity level for half of that sports season. If a JV program doesn't exist, they will not be able to play in a game until the half-way point of their season. If a student has a conflict with the days they are assigned, please email Coach Ingram at firstname.lastname@example.org and he will make the necessary changes to your schedule.
DCA's Praying Parents offer prayer groups for Middle and High School parents that meet once a month.
