May 16 - 22 is exam week for middle and high school students. Please encourage your student to do their very best on these tests. A good night's rest and a nutritious breakfast is a great way to help your child do well on exams. Optional exam reviews will be held the day before each exam at 9:45 a.m. Below is a complete list of exam times: Thursday, May 16 Social Studies exam - 10th & 11th grade - 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Bible 9 or Civics exam - 9th grade - 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 17 English exam - 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 20 Bible exam - 10th & 11th grade - 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Foreign Language exam - 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 21 Math exam - 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 22 Science exam - 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

During Winterim, middle and high school students participate in group trips, volunteer opportunities and career exploration. This year groups will be traveling to Huntsville, Alabama, Charleston, South Carolina, St. Louis, Missouri and Washington, D.C. Students will also be volunteering at local charities such as Community Cares Fellowship and Hands On Nashville. Juniors will be exploring possible future careers as they shadow professionals in our local community, while seniors travel to Orlando, Florida for the annual senior trip.
